2. Drive by the property to make sure you like the unit, neighborhood,

etc.

3. Call to make a showing appointment. (WE DO NOT CHECK OUT KEYS!)

4. Fill out application

5. Wait for approval

6. Sign lease & pay rent/security deposit

7. Move in!
